Founders Cecil and Lee Reid dedicated themselves to providing exceptional tax preparation services, and their daughter Sandra Shahan has continued their legacy as the current owner. A third generation of the family has assisted Sandra for many years. They plan to continue the course for the future of Carolina Business Services.

I have been with them for 3 yrs now. How I came to visit was just driving by. I had been to H&R, they said they couldn't help me. Every time I went to another tax place they all said they could not help me with my particular tax problem. When I came here they took the time to trace and track and even call to follow up more than an hour on the phone calling multiple people to find a solution. They did what no one else would. Wonderful service, wonderful people. If you have a problem they will stick to it to find a solution and take the time to explain it.

This is a great company to prepare your income taxes. During my initial meeting with them, they listened intently and provided sound tax advice for my specific tax situation. They did not enter data into a computer as we talked; instead they focused on what I was saying. I was impressed with their customer service, e.g. their communication ensuring I received every tax advantage possible. I felt my needs were important to them. My taxes were e-filed in a couple of days with copies of everything to me. Their prices are so reasonable, it would be silly to pay for tax software and go through the drudgery of trying to complete the taxes myself. I cannot imagine allowing anyone else to do my taxes after their exceptional service.
